Ink Ingredients: Blue #1 - Brilliant Blu FCF (E133), Carmoisine - Azorubin (E122), Yellow #5 - Tartrazin (E102), Yellow #6 - Sunset Yellow FCF (E110), Polysorbate 80, Sodium Hydroxide, Mono- and Di¬Glycerides, Glycerine, Potassium Citrate, Propylene Glycol, Carmoisine, Mono- And Di-Glyceride, Purified Water.

Icing Topper: Sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), glucose syrup, Humectants (E420, E422), water, Stabilisers (E413, E415), flavouring, colour (El71), Emulsifier (E472©), Acidity regulators (E270, E325), Preservative (E202). 

Edible Ink: Water, Humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colours ( El22-carmoisine , El33, E102-tartrazine , El24-ponceau ), acidity regulator(E330).
